Title: Carnival Glass -- Small Ruffled Bowl

Hi there:
Bought this the other day.  Just a small ruffled bowl that is carnival glass.  It is footed with kinda like 3 small pillars attached together for the feet....if that makes any sense.

Any ideas on the maker or the year it was made?  Guess you would call it an amber/gold color.

As for the scale in the photo, the cordless phone is about 6 inches long
