I believe this is modern glass. Sold through a self proclaimed mid to high home furnishing store Sia (with an apple logo). There is a sticker on the base that appears to say Signe with a capital E at the end, or is it Sign E?
Ground pontil on the base similar to contemporary Polish stuff (making me think it could be Polish).
