Beautiful, Ross! Certainly a 50s Skrdlovice vase in a great colourway.
I think it was designed by Jan Kotik in 1955 though I could be mistaken -- yours looks a little to 'calm' for the design I'm thinking about. Surely someone will come along and set us straight.

As I am sure most Skrdlovice collectors will agree this looks, as Anik suggests, to be a version of the famous Kotik "propeller" vase made over a number of years and like much of the Skrdlovice hand made production, is subject to wide colour varieties and some flexibility in application of decor, the fins can protrude a lot on this pattern or hardly at all, depending on the market demand of the season and individual glassmaker's whim of how to apply the pattern, it seems very likely to me this is the pattern Anik is thinking of .. 100 per cent fifties Skrdlovice,

Wow! I thought this one was a nice one, but I did not realise its age. Uranium art glass is very rare here. Thank you both for the prompt response.
