It's that "unknown" Romanian stuff again. ;D
I had a fabby ashtray in this exact blue. I gave it away, and I regret it!

One more from the unknown Romanian maker of these rather attractive pieces!
Identifiable by the style of tiny bubble in the colours with the ring of dense enamels around it, (similar to Nazeing, Grey-Stan and some Ysart glass bubbles), with the big clear bubbles created by inclusions (the blackish remnants are present) and all covered with a bright rainbowy lustre. Their bases are roughly ground flat, and the shapes are quite organic.
Many of us have found these and thought; "That's rather attractive, I wonder what it is."
We haven't got any further than placing it as being from Romania.
