Title: Flared rim vase

Hi, i am trying to I/D this flared rim vase, It weighs 554g , 5.750 inches tall, 3 .5 inches dia rolled rim and a deep polished pontil mark nearly the full dia of the 2.5 inch base. Its brown in colour with a small  area swirl but has a milky sheen on the glass surface ?. I am thinking modern but really not sure
