Title: ID Please for this Bulbous Vase ???

Hi all you kind people on GMB.
I was hoping that someone could give me some id on this bulbous vase , encased in a clear and green , standing at 3 1/2" high 4" diameter , has a polished out concave pontil mark as shown . I will thank you all now for any replies received . Surely someone knows ??? Thank You again

Is the inside of the rim ground for a stopper to fit?

yes the rim is ground , I suppose a stopper would fit , the diameter of the rim is 15mm if this helps.

A perfume bottle and recent Chinese production would be my guess. Plenty in TK Maxx in the last few years.
