Title: Empoli? Czech? or Other?

Hi can anyone help me identify this recent purchase. It has the same colourway as some Empoli I have and also some Sklo borse but I am unsure of its provenance. Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from someone soon . It stands 24cms tall
