Hi there,
I am new to collecting glass and have a very limited knowledge. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help ID this piece of glass, which appears to be Murano done in the incalmo style. I have come across pieces with similar attributes by Dino Martens, Pollio Perelda, and Luca Vidal, however nothing that is a really close match. This piece is quite thick and weights about 5 lbs. There are no identifying makers' marks but from sticky residue on the bottom it appears there was once a paper label. I apologize for the poor pics. All I have is a camera phone right now. Any ideas? I appreciate the help.

Hiya welcome to the board.
It seems your vase is of recent Chinese manufacture - witness the unpolished underside, the shrill colours, the weight and the bold decor. It is definitely not Incalmo (which involves fusing together two halves of a blown glass) but rolled in colour bars in a red ground and cased in clear.
