Title: Engraved Glass Birds Tumbler~Any Info Would Help

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone knew where or when this glass was made. It is deeply engraved with birds on branches. The glass measures about 4.8 inches and is unsigned. My hunch is Bohemian or English.

I agree with Ivo,that foot is very Bohemian ;D
