Title: ID help please pink posy vase - ID = Sklo Union, designed by Frantisek Vizner

I bought this a little while ago and have just got round to looking at it properly. I thought that it was just pink glass but on examination it appears that the central section is clear and encased in pink giving the "wings" on each side. It is 8 cms tall and quite heavy for size. Base appears to have been ground flat on edges and  indented (birdbath?) centre. Top seems well polished. Any thoughts and suggestions appreciated.John
ps If it turns out to be Chinese or T.K. Maxx it is not end of world

Czech pressed glass, Sklo Union, designed by Frantisek Vizner :)
And not cased...
