not a fully matching pair as they as slighty different shape and size but they look to be from the same maker.
With the polished pontil and controlled bubbles I immediately thought of Whitefriars but I have also seen similar attributed to Muranese makers.

I have a number of these in various colours and came across an article in '20th Century British Glass' that described a piece similar (no picture) and attributed it to one of the' Stourbridge' glasshouses,I'll have a look and see if I can find it ;D ;D,here's some of mine.

The reference (although vague) is on page 308,last but one paragraph,I would,with respect to Ivo,think these are more likely closer to home than Japan,here are the similar pieces,the pink and clear has had a very hard life, ;D
