Hello Martin... welcome to the GMB. :)
When looking for an ID, it's best you provide us with a few photographs - top, side and bottom shots at least. Measurements are also very helpful. By the way, if you use other people's photographs, you must have their permission or else the photos will be removed.
Anik
P.S. I'm sure someone will be able to help you with your bowl. Just be patient.

Hello Anik
thank you for your friendly welcome. Bowl measures approx 4 inches tall by 8 inches in diameter at widest point. Here are few more photos.

Welcome,
this looks like a nice piece of Czech glass from Mstisov-Karlovarske Sklo. There is a bowl from this range the Pizzicato range, that is near identical in shape. However, that bowl has the same controlled bubbles and colours as the rest of the Pizzicato range (and is very heavy maybe 3KG). http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,48523.0.html Shows a vase in the range, I do not have a pic of the bowl sadly that is the same shape as yours. This range is by Hana Machovská.
However, this bowl of yours is in the "Harmony" range colours, also a range from Mstisov, but seems to be using a very similar pattern to the Pizzicato bowl. Maybe it is a large ashtray due to the folded corner and may be smaller, maybe 1.5KG? Without referring to notes and looking further, maybe Mstisov made a run of the Machovská bowl in "Harmony" range colours. Harmony mentioned here: http://markhillpublishing.co.uk/?p=309 The Harmony range was designed by Frantisek Zemek and his brother Karel also worked there and designed there and they made many designs in a short time. A GMB search could help more and http://www.cs-sklo.cz/ search under CGR journal could place it exactly. Your piece is likely a Mstisov piece in my opinion, someone else may add more info...
hope to see some more of your buys here, many of us enjoy CZ glass!
