Trying to identify 16" diameter, red glass plate with gilt design. Gifted in mid-70s by then 70ish Scottish gentlewoman expat living in Tanzania. She described it as a family heirloom. She was originally from Skye. Flat disc in centre of back. See images. Hanger on back added by my parents for hanging on wall. Any help identifying would be appreciated. Many thanks!
