11.5 inches high,pewter top and handle,no marks,star cut base with reasonable etched design,any ideas,who,what or where? please ;D ;D

quite attractive Keith.          When you say no marks, are you saying there is nothing on the pewter either?

meant to say personal opinion was that the wheel engraving looks perhaps non-British (too florid?) -  so maybe Bohemian, Czech, German areas :-\

Thanks Paul, just what I was thinking,most British pewter has some sort of mark,another of my collection habits ::),I thought it worth the few pounds it cost  a little washing up liquid and an old toothbrush cleaned it up a treat ;D ;D
