Title: Art Deco pink glass vase any clues please?
Post by: oyemicanto on July 25, 2012, 04:37:38 PM
Hi everyone
I bought this vase today for a steal.
It has frosted cut sections of a sort of linea design a bit like a stepped design.
I have never come across this vase before, does anyone have any clues please?

it has a similarity to Walther's 'Rudolf' showing on Pamela's presglass-pavillon (under vases) - although yours may have a more everted rim.    http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/         Have a look and see what you think :)

Hi Paul
Thanks for putting me in that direction....see what you mean about the rim.
I think it's the same pattern looking at her green one.
If it's Walther will it be in the catalogues?

Fabulous.....waiting now to hear from my dealer friend to see if she has the matching bowl.
I looked on my Walther cd and found it.....it fits into a bowl.
Thanks all for your input
