Title: Sand Blasted Goose

This goose has a texture that I'd describe as lightly sand blasted and an unusual, vomit-colored interior (pardon my vulgarity).  Any thoughts as to designer or manufacturer?  It is vintage, with highly polished but scratched/worn base.  I'm thinking Salviati, but that's only a guess.

Not convinced this is Murano, has a Maltese look about it to me.
