Title: White cased tall vase with blue marble - ID needed please :)

Hello - This is a tall white cased vase with a blue marble effect. Has a 'dent' in the side and another on the lip! Very heavy item, approx 24cms tall. Has anyone any idea where it's from? Thank you :)

The poor base finish leads me to suspect our Eastern bretheren have produce yet another nice piece.
