Title: square dump type paperweight or candleholder

Unfortunately this isn't mine though I would like it to be as it's very pretty. 
Very heavy weighs just about 1.4kg or 3lb in weight.  Measures 3 1/8" high with diameter 3 5/8" , large square shaped dump type weight with what look like a candle holder indent in the top. 
Yellowish green glass, a large greeny blue flower at the top and four pink flowers lower down each with a large bubble in the centre of them, one facing each 'side'. The sides bulge out and look as though they have been marvered to shape. 
Will do a base pic but forgot, cracked off gash on the pontil mark and cut flat polished type base. 
Any thoughts much appreciated.  I can't find any this shape.

Sorry, m, but my taste tells me that is .. well ... not at all good to look at. :-[

Certainly not like any regular dump type weights that I know about.

It's actually rather pretty in the person Kev...honestly.   I like it and I do need a doorstop.
Do you think Chinese possibly?
