3.5 inches high 10 wide,broken pontil mark,hollow foot and with a folded under rim,very light,soda?any ideas please?

Egyptian I think. And definitely not meant to look like anything else.

Whether something is a "lookalike", or a "wannabe" is surely dependant on who made the style of item first - or maybe whose work you collect and therefore support??
I cannot make out if the bowl has uranium in the green, or if it is a medium/dark green. There is a small possibitility that you could look at the Birmingham company, Arculus. As yet the only known and fully attributable pieces are illustration in Charles Hajdamach's book 20th Century British Glass, so we do not know the full colour range, or the shapes that were produced by them.
Ivo may be right, but it may be worth checking out.

Thanks for the input Nigel,no uv reaction and the green is quite pale,looking in 20th C.B.Glass,page 100, there is a three legged bowl of a similar colour and with what looks like a folded rim,mmm, Arculus would be nice,who knows 'cos I don't ! ::) ;D ;D

I reckon that three legged vase looks as though it would glow under UV light.
Only last week I collected a footed vase very similar to the one you refer to in Charles' book, with the same shaped bowl/body, colour, and same roll over rim - no not fold over, far too much like a roll of glass around the rim, even to the point where there appears to be a long join in one area. Sadly, no three legs though :(
I bought it to learn from and compare to a couple of Walsh Pompeian pieces that I have. There are certainly some differences, but also a lot of similarities - too early and not enough pieces to come to any conclusions though I fear.

Nigel,thanks again,not having handled any myself are they all 'thick and heavy' Pompeian that is not me ::) only this is thin and very light,I mentioned the flat folded rim because I have a Walsh ' primose' bowl with a flat folded rim.

I'd say Pompeian was quite thick, say compared with Bullseye
