Title: BLUE GLASS FACE/HEAD

ID if possible please for a blue glass face/head which is 10.5 inches long, 7 inches wide at the widest point and 1 inch deep.  When light shines through it has a green swirl which is not apparent normally. No makers mark or signature.

I am usually wrong but think I have,seen similar on a Blenko decanter. Might be a start. Pete.
