Title: 1970s-90s German (presumably) studio glass vase
Post by: Pinkspoons on August 08, 2012, 11:47:19 PM
I acquired this last year with a few bits and bobs of 1970s-90s German studio glass (Isgard Moje-Wohlgemuth, Kurt Wallstab, Matthias Klering, and Pavel Molnar), but unfortunately this was the only unsigned piece.

It's very tall (40cm), quite light, and is made of a pale blue glass. The lower half is covered in marvered-on grey/green enamel that is quite powdery but becomes more fused and glossy the further up the vase it goes, where the neck has been worked and reheated.

Snapped off pointil mark to the base.

Thanks for taking a look
