The tall alrose one is 19 inches high with the hardy label
the other one is 12 inches high l thought this was also alrose when l bought it but the bases are different
this one has an inverted nipple
am l right that this is also alrose ?
thanks kieran

I think Alrose was an importer/wholesaler rather than a maker :-\
There is more information on here I think possibly if you search Nasco. I had a vase labelled Nasco which has also been seen with an Italy label I think although I believe it was made in Japan probably.

The "Hardy" label is now known to be Hans Geismar, not George Hardy.

Anne,is this the topic you meant to post in?

M, yes, the OP referred to the large vase having the Hardy label.

Do you know, I read the whole thread and didn't spot that he meant the name Hardy ;D

No worries M. :)
