Title: Can anyone identify this signature please?

Small four and three quarter inch vase which is signed. The name looks Italian to me but more than that I can't make out or find? Any clues appreciated.

Thank you. Much appreciated. I didn't realise that Mdina pieces were signed with anything but Mdina.
