Title: Tortoiseshell Goblet

Goblet in amber glass - hand blown stem and foot, tortoiseshell bowl - very heavy and well made, 6.5" high, bought today for a  few pounds - maybe nothing but worth a chance - anyone recognise it?

My guess would be Mtarfa or Mdina

You may be right and it was one of my first thoughts - however it doesn't look Maltese, the tortoiseshell doesn't feel right and its not cased in clear glass like other Mdina goblets I have had.
