Title: BEAUTIFUL SWUNG ART GLASS VASE ID PLEASE

I havent been able to ID this vase

Not sure if it is american or murano

At first I thought it might be Fenton, but could not establash that

Tall blue opalescent vase ribbed with clear tips

20.50" tall by 6" wide at the top by 6" deep at the top

Might be Fostoria Heirloom vase but I'm not to good on US glass  ;D
