Title: Scavo glass jug any information please

i i think this is what you call scavo glass. made to look like it has been dug up.
is this just a murano design or do others make them.

I think that might be from Lafiore Glass Mallorca.

If not Lafiore then maybe a museum reproduction,this one I was told was probably from Israel,Ivo if I remember id'd it ;D

i looked at Lafiore Glass but the base on mine has a rough pontil Lafiore looks like they are ground smooth

Ivo has explained here.  It might be that they are grinding flat now but in the past that is how they have finished their pontil marks I think  :-\
