Title: Large heavy art glass ID Help

New to this list, and hoping to expand my knowledge of art glass.  Any ideas as to country of origin, age?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Weight is approximately 10 pounds.  Stands almost 12 inches tall.  Thanks!

Very nice, but could you swap one of the side views for a picture of the base?
