Title: Art Nouveau Vase ?

Hoping someone out there may be able to help in identifying the maker of this small vase?

Tumbler "Tiffany", by Stiver of Italy, any time after 1965. There are three models: 180 ml, 260 ml. and an ice bucket of 700 ml.
The model is loosely based on a Baccarat design of the 1850s.
