Title: Oval frosted/clear dish - Molineaux Webb?

I think this oval frosted and clear bowl could possibly have been made by Molineaux Webb.  It has a down turned 'pie crust' rim, and is quite thick and very heavy 1.4kg.
Any ideas please?

I just assumed it was pressed glass when I first saw it, although I can't see or feel any mold lines/seams at all??  May be a combination of pressed/cut?  I'm not sure.  The exterior sides are frosted and the "pie crust" rim turns over a good ¾".  Some more pictures which might help.
