Title: Nuutajarvi Candleholder?

This pattern appears very similar to the blue Nuutajarvi/ Cascade candleholders which featured in a thread some while ago but I I have not seen one which takes such a large candle.
Any thoughts please

They go the other way up and hold a pillar candle
