I managed to take a good representative pic of this vase - it's difficult to photograph to get the colour right etc and show it to it's best effect :)

Superb - you must send Anne a copy for the calendar!

A real nice vase in one of the rarer Monart finishes, ie all over bubble inclusion.

Hi flying free, below is a link to my Monart pieces with bubble inclusion showing the varying sizes and amount of bubble inclusions used by the Ysart's.

Thank you Gary :) they are fabulous. I particularly like the squat blue and green one and the combination of the pink and orange. I love the big watery bubbles in these, it's a great effect.

I want your lampshade... gorgeous, Gary - all of them! Is the bowl uranium glass? It's a seriously unusual piece!
-
Thanks flying free and Sue, the lamp shade was my first piece of Monart. The bowl is uranium and was identified as such by board members, see sticky topic New discovery: Monart uranium glass.

ha - if that was your first piece - no wonder you got hooked! ;D
I'd forgotten your bowl on that thread - but I recognised it's uranium-ness immediately there!
