Title: Small, cute, very pretty. What can it be?

Dear fellows, I have this small paperweight for a while trying to find out who made it and give it some proper description.The paperweight is half white ground(canes) with three distinctive canes of red, blue and green flowers and the other half has purple ground(long canes) with pair of small canes of aqua and red colours; Measures 1.5 inches high by 2.25 inches at the widest point & Weighs: 200g. Could you please help me and share some info? Much appreciated. Thank you

I would say this is a modern Chinese paperweight
