Title: This handkerchief vase ring any bells?

It's approx 4" tall, 4-1/2" at it's widest, base is about 2-3/4" across.  Pontil scar as shown.   Pulled and crimped rim.   My web searches didn't turn up anyting close to the way it's been done.   Any ideas?  Thanks, -Buck

Well no input  on where it was made so far.  Is it too hideous for words?  ;D

What chances are it's Murano?  The yellow blob glass really doesn't speak to me as being Murano.  But it doesn't speak to me as South American either and I don't know who in North America was making these.   Just not sure what to think.
