Title: Czech vase with signature. - ID = Vlasta Voborníková

I found this interesting piece recently. Apparently the artist  (according to the card came with the vase):

“This invented decorating technology was honored by 1st prize in "Art and Craft" - competition in 2000 and European prize for glass art by European Union of Artists in 2002.”
It was bought in the Czech republic.
I upload several images with a blur signature (sorry, will do it better) and the same signature from another piece. The technique is quite peculiar I hope someone can tell me about the artist. by the way the vase is rather large (30cm, the other is 50cm).

Was the card in English, or is that a translation?

Could be award from http://www.euu-cz.org/en/

It looks like it might be Vlasta Voborníková, whose work can be found at http://www.miraclestudio.cz/?link=o-nas&flag=en&theme=1

Frank, the card is in English. David, you were right, the piece is  by Vobornikova. Thanks to both.
