Title: Studio artist Fillingane?

I have run into two different pieces of glass signed by Fillingane, or perhaps Fillingana or Fillingame.  Both happened to be dated 1979.  The glass was found in two different parts of the country (USA).  When I Google any of these variations for the name and glass, I get nothing.   I am assuming it is a studio artist or the name of a studio.  Does anyone recognize the name?  Thanks!
