Title: Freeform dichroic signed?

Bought in Birch Run, MI at an antique mall. Pretty sure it is contemporary but is pleasing to look at anyway.

Would like to know the maker.

Signature very difficult to photograph. Am posting more pics.

One way that helps when photographing signatures is to rub flour into it.
