Can anyone please help me identify this cameo glass plaque,thankyou very much.

Is it definitely glass? I have something similar which is a porcelain plaque with white enamel/glaze picture on the front, made by the pate-sur-pate technique. Yours looks like it's made by one of the top quality companies like Limoges or the famous Berlin porcelain company (the actual name escapes me atm).

At first Ithought it might be glass, but now I think it's porcelain,thank you very much.
