Title: cased uranium sundae dish - I'm leaning towards Italian, any ideas?

Hi again  :)

nice quality, cased sundae dish. UV reactive. sorry bout naff picture not enough hands today.

ground polished base and rim. Have seen similar ones on my googling but nothing quite the same

Any ideas on ID or age please?

would have thought the stem would be quite easy to track down but not having much luck.....help!  ???
