Title: Chinese ?? with polished base ID = Confirmed modern Chinese

Hi, not sure if this is Chinese or another manufacturer. 1.5 inches tall, 2.25 inches dia and a flat highly polished base. Any ideas please

Yes, this is Chinese of recent vintage (1990 or later).
