Title: Another one for identification

Another strange one.  This was described as old and french. What intrigued me was the strange cane set up. My 4 year old describes it as a broken melon!. However the red and green colours seem familiar. It is about 3 inched diameter, but flatter than would be expected (not much more than an inch) and it has a broken pontil.
