Title: Opalescent Enamelled Art Nouvea footed Floral Bowl ????

  I am new member to the site , i have a varied collection i have built up over the last 20 years . I have a few random pieces that i do not know anything about ,Any help with be GRATEFULLY received !!! 

Piece 2 - Large Flower heads opalescent footed enamelled bowl ..This piece under light comes alive
