Title: Orrefors "HAPPY FACE" vase?

Would like to know name of vase and perhaps artist and year.
Anne Nilsson  is the artist I think.
Inscribed "Orrefors AN Y219.21" as-far-as I can tell.

Anne Nilsson is correct. I don't have the exact date (someone will ;o)) but I believe it to be between 1990 and 1994.

the design code is actually 4714.21 1991-1992 :)
