Title: Swan w/millefiori & silver leaf

Would like any information on this swan.

It measures about 4"x4" or 10mm x 10mm.

Base is not polished.

My guess would be Peking duck

Indeed, very similar tortoises etc were also available in Tk Maxx fairly recently.
