Title: Large Electric Blue "Mod" (1960s?) Textured Bowl

I'm hoping someone can help me to identify this large, heavy glass bowl that is textured on the outsides and underneath (smooth interior sides and bottom).  It measures 8 1/2" (22 cm) diameter.
