Title: Swedish or Danish ?

Please can anyone help me with this item I found today, I have no idea what to call it , a bowl or large candleholder ?
It is very heavy and measures 6" diameter and 3" high, Any ideas welcome ;D

No doubt at all Wayne,  this is DEFINATELY Ravenhead Flair.... 100%. You know I collect the stuff,  but only in original boxes.
