Title: Covered Latticino Bon Bon Dish

I acquired this dish in a job lot and know nothing about this type of glass. Can anyone please help educate me about maker etc..

John, the filigrana looks like the work of AVeM. I can't be sure without seeing one with a label, but the solid cane with the lining are very common for their items. AVeM would be my first guess, most likely 1950-60s.
