Title: Paul Ysart Harlequin or not?

This came as part of a collection that included a definate Paul Ysart butterfly weight and despite that one having the grey tinge and this weight being pretty clear glass both flouresce the same fairly clear green under long wave UV and a dusty/grey green under short wave. The basic design, base and pontil scar seem right but have not actually handled one before to be able to confirm this is by Paul or not and if so what period?

I lean towards Continental Europe. But I find it very difficult to decide on so many of these "frit and bubble weights" - even if the sellers are in the UK.
