Title: How to identify an Eisner weight without UV Test?

This weight looks more Bohemian to me.

Definately Eisner to me I have one here very similar, the bubble grid under the flower petals are apparently quite typical of Eisner, mine has them too. Also the green mound coming to a peak in the centre is the same. Have a read of the Frank Eisner thread here.
