Title: Tall Moulded Basket. Sklo Union?

Here is a tall basket - has pineapple a style moulding to main body. Four mould lines - foot ring to bottom which has been polished flat. Very much in style of Sklo Union moulded pieces. Dash of blue to bottom, it has been hot worked at top to create a handle. Has 'Foreign' sticker which looks c1960/70. Any ideas?

Foreign mark usually indicates West German origin. At least in potteries....

Thanks. I have Japanese items with foreign on as well. Chinese and Polish items as well. I have a similar vase, larger but an almost identical pattern melted at top. I have been looking for an ID for it, then this comes along.
