New paperweight.......three inches tall.  Murano?  Any ideas on maker or age.  Nice Pink color.   :)  TIA

Hi Rose.   I have had very similar Murano crowns with similar canes, and I suspect they date to the 1950s - 1960s.  Maybe Fratelli Toso, but I am not sure of that.

Definitely Murano.  I have one that is nearly identical.  Canes at the top don't match for color but they do in design / pattern, and it still has the Murano label on the bottom.

Thank you both ALAN and SACH for your replies.... :-*

Great to hear that it is rather old, Alan!!  Like me....  I love it!!  More PINK Glass here, as I now have a Collection.

May I ask which Murano label is it?  Being that there are so many of them....LOL.  It may help with more hunting here.

Do you have a pic of your PW?

Thanks  :hugs:

Thanks Alan for your pics.  Yes, appears to be the same almost.

Love yours!!

Do you think 1950's/1950's?  As mine does not have much wear.....but I guess there could be those that just sat in a China Cabinet for years and not moved around very much.  Bound to happen once in awhile.  Just like any vintage items -- some appear in Such Amazing shape.  Like the day they were made!!  It does happen I guess as I seen other things in so Fine of condition for being years old...it is Amazing!!

Thanks Again all for your words.

(( I have a 1950's Automotive Clock here in almost MINT condition for being 60+ years old.  Like the day it was Made.....))
